Terms of Service

By accessing our website or entering into a partnership with Revspay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

To become a partner you must be at least 18 years old, hold a verified Stripe account in good standing, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline or end any partnership at our discretion.

As a partner, you grant Revspay access to your Stripe account solely through Stripe's official team-member permissions. You retain ownership and control of your account at all times and may revoke access whenever you choose. In return, you receive a weekly revenue share as agreed during onboarding.

Revenue-share payouts are calculated and paid on a weekly basis according to the terms confirmed at onboarding. Payout timing may vary due to banking schedules and factors outside our control. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the income you personally earn.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. Earnings figures shared on our website are examples and are not guarantees of future results. Revspay is an independent partner and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stripe, Inc.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revspay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the partnership.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
