Refund Policy
Clear, simple terms on fees, cancellations, and refunds.

1. No sign-up or membership fees
Joining Revspay as a partner is free. There are no monthly membership fees, no setup costs, and no transaction fees deducted from your revenue share. Because we do not charge partners to join, there are generally no payments to refund.
2. Cancelling your partnership
You may end your partnership at any time by revoking Revspay's team-member access from your Stripe dashboard and notifying our team. Cancellation takes effect immediately once access is revoked.
3. Outstanding payouts
If you cancel, any revenue share you have already earned up to the effective cancellation date will be paid to you on the next scheduled payout, provided your account details are accurate and up to date.
4. Paid services
If, in the future, you purchase an optional paid service from Revspay, the refund terms for that specific service will be presented to you at the point of purchase and will govern any refund request for it.
5. How to request a refund
For any billing question or refund request relating to an optional paid service, email contact@revspay.com with your details and we will respond within one business day.
